Chino Hills State Park
Chino Hills State Park is a 14,173-acre park located on the borders of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Look forward to exploring over 60 miles of trails and fire roads that pass through woodlands, sage scrub, grasslands, and wildflowers. One of the most popular hikes within Chino Hills State Park is the Bane Ridge Trail. This hike covers 5.8 miles with just under 1000ft of elevation gain. This trail isn’t strenuous at all, just try to get there early especially during Spring because the wildflowers draw in a lot of traffic.

I decided to do some digital plein air with my galaxy tab using Clip Studio Paint. I was able to capture inspiration quickly and discover plant species using Google Lens. Not to mention, it felt amazing not to worry about paint drying or lugging too much equipment.
