Secret Cave – Sunset Cliffs
We stopped by the Sunset Cliffs on Point Loma. There’s a hidden sea cave at low tide. Accessing this cave can be very dangerous. Visitors are advised to enjoy the cave from above and not swim into the cave via the ocean due to dangerous waves and currents.
Sunny Jim Sea Cave
We also stopped by La Jolla, which is know for its seven sea caves, which can be accessed by kayak or snorkeling. Sunny Jim Cave is the only cave that can be accessed by land.
